Steve Sellinger | President
Steve Sellinger is a co-founder of Envent, and has 25 years experience in the petroleum industry. He holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering and an M.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Southern California. Steve began his career as a roughneck on a work-over rig in Elk City, Oklahoma, then for 5 years worked as an engineer for Union Oil at the Los Angeles Refinery. In 1994 Steve left Union Oil to start Envent Corporation. He is actively involved in project scoping, business development and contract negotiations. Thomas Kerscher | Senior Vice President
Tom Kerscher is Senior Vice President of Envent. Tom joined Envent in 1996 after leaving Unocal where he worked as an engineer and manager in the maintenance and planning division at the Los Angeles Refinery. He earned a B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 1989. Tom manages the engineering, operations and safety divisions of the company. Tom can be reached at tom.kerscher@envent.net.

John H. Van Kooy | Business Development Manager
John has 30 years of experience in the petroleum industry. He started his career with the Union Oil Company at the Los Angeles Refinery managing the hazardous waste, wastewater and groundwater programs. He left Union Oil and has for the past twenty years started up or managed five environmental or industrial service companies. John has a B. Keith Lyons | Vice President of Operations
Keith is Envent’s General Manager. He manages all daily field operations and interfaces with customer project managers. Keith has 24 years of environmental contractor experience. Following his honorable discharge from the Army Ranger Program in 1989 he worked as a manager of a wastewater treatment plant in Oahu, HI. In 1998, Keith joined Envent. He is also the manager of our safety program and coordinates all field audits, safety meetings and enforcement of safe work practices. Brian Miller | Health & Safety Manager
Brian Miller is Envent's Environmental, Health & Safety Manager. Brian began his career in the metal finishing industry working his way up to an Operations Manager position. Brian worked ran an Aerospace painting company before managing becoming the safety director for an Armored Car company. Jeremy Daniel Jaeger | Sales Manager
J.D. Joined Envent in 2001 and transferred to Houston to run operations in the Gulf Coast in 2007. He earned an AS degree in manufacturing technologies from the North Dakota State College of Science. Prior to joining Envent, JD had worked as a certified welder and machinist. He is also an accomplished poker player and golfer. Chad Fernandes | Operations Manager | Northern California & Northwest
Chad joins Envent as the new Operations Manager for the Northern California Field office in Benicia, California. Chad comes to us from a successful supervisory role at Total Safety, Southern California. He advanced rapidly through the Total Safety Organization to a field supervisory position, most recently on a major turnaround in the gulf coast region. His aggressive, responsible attitude, commitment to safety, and strong technical background will be a tremendous asset to our Northern California field projects. Ivan Millman | Operations Manager, Gulf Coast
Ivan is the Gulf Coast's Operations Manager. Ivan manages all aspects of Envent's engineering and operational excellence programs. Ivan received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering in 2004 from the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD. Also in 2004, Ivan passed the FE exam and is currently working toward his PE license. Ivan served as a Naval Officer for 5 years, the last two years managing the upkeep, maintenance, and operations of a nuclear reactor onboard the aircraft carrier USS RONALD REAGAN. Kamran Moghaddam | Chief Project Engineer
Kamran is Envent’s Project Engineer. He manages projects, provides engineering support, design, and environmental permitting. Kamran holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Irvine, received in 2004. Kamran has his EIT certificate and is working on his PE license. Prior to joining Envent in 2009, Kamran worked as an engineer for a combustion control manufacturer for refinery heaters and industrial boilers. Hugo Escalante | Assistant Operations Manager
Hugo Escalante joined Envent in 1998. Hugo worked as a refinery pipefitter for 5 years before joining Envent. Hugo worked his way up through Operations and developed into a Project Manager and is now the Assistant Operations Manager of the Southern California Division. Mike Garrity | Field Supervisor
Mike joined Envent in 2002 after 26 years working at Unocal's Rodeo Refinery. Mike worked his way up to Refinery Operations Supervisor. Gina Broussard | Account Manager | Beaumont, Port Arthur, TX & Westlake, LA
Gina is an account manager with Envent Corporation. Gina has been working with Refinery's and Contractors in Texas (The Golden Triangle, Greater Houston area) and Louisiana for the last six years. Gina went from selling Industrial Chemicals & Degreasers for Redbird Supply to selling safety products for Channel Safety & Marine Supply. Gina also worked on the Emergency Response Team for BP in Logistics as a site supervisor on the oil spill out in the Gulf. She is available to respond to customer needs 24/7. Tina Harper | Account Manager
Tina is an account manager with Envent Corporation. She has a strong background in sales and marketing and has five years of industry experience. Before joining Envent, Tina worked for Evergreen Industrial Services where she was responsible for the substantial growth and development of customers within the Hydroblasting, Tank and Chemical Cleaning service lines. Noel is an account engineer with Envent Corporation.
