Steve Sellinger | President
Steve Sellinger is a co-founder of Envent, and has 25 years experience in the petroleum industry. He holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering and an M.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Southern California. Steve began his career as a roughneck on a work-over rig in Elk City, Oklahoma, then for 5 years worked as an engineer for Union Oil at the Los Angeles Refinery. In 1994 Steve left Union Oil to start Envent Corporation. He is actively involved in project scoping, business development and contract negotiations. Steve can be reached at smsellinger@envent.net.

Thomas Kerscher | Vice President
Tom Kerscher is the Vice President of Envent. Tom joined Envent in 1996 after leaving Unocal where he worked as an engineer and manager in the maintenance and planning division at the Los Angeles Refinery. He earned a B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 1989. Tom manages the engineering, operations and safety divisions of the company. Tom can be reached at tlkerscher@envent.net.

Keith Lyons | General Manager of Operations
Keith is Envent’s General Manager. He manages all daily field operations and interfaces with customer project managers. Keith has 24 years of environmental contractor experience. Following his honorable discharge from the Army Ranger Program in 1989 he worked as a manager of a wastewater treatment plant in Oahu, HI. In 1998, Keith joined Envent. He is also the manager of our safety program and coordinates all field audits, safety meetings and enforcement of safe work practices. Keith can be reached at kplyons@envent.net.

Jeremy Daniel Jaeger | Gulf Coast Operations Manager
J.D. Jaeger is the Operations Manager of Envent’s Gulf Coast facilities. J.D. Joined Envent in 2001 and transferred to Houston to run operations in the Gulf Coast in 2007. He earned an AS degree in manufacturing technologies from the North Dakota State College of Science. Prior to joining Envent, JD had worked as a certified welder and machinist. Kamran Moghaddam | Chief Project Engineer
Kamran is Envent’s Project Engineer. He manages projects, provides engineering support, design, and environmental permitting. Kamran holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Irvine, received in 2004. Kamran has his EIT certificate and is working on his PE license. Prior to joining Envent in 2009, Kamran worked as an engineer for a combustion control manufacturer for refinery heaters and industrial boilers. Prior to that, he worked as a Project Engineer at the Big West Bakersfield Refinery. Kamran can be reached at kamran@envent.net.

Hugo Escalante | Assistant Operations Manager
Hugo Escalante joined Envent in 1998. Hugo worked as a refinery pipefitter for 5 years before joining Envent. Hugo worked his way up through Operations and developed into a Project Manager and is now the Assistant Operations Manager of the Southern California Division. Mike Garrity | Field Supervisor
Mike joined Envent in 2002 after 26 years working at Unocal's Rodeo Refinery. Mike worked his way up to Refinery Operations Supervisor. He has in-depth refinery operating and safety awareness and has been a key component of Envent's flawless safety record. Mike is one of the hardest working individuals within Envent. Tina Winwood | Account Manager
Tina is Envent’s Account Manager. In her role as Account Manager, Tina is responsible for new business opportunity development and managing all internal aspects of Envent to ensure customer requirements are satisfactorily met in a timely manner. Tina represents 20 years in sales, customer development and account management experience with Fortune 500 companies. Tina's experience in global account development complements Envent's efforts in continuously enhancing our customer-centric focus. Tina can be reached at tina@envent.net.

Noel K. Esten | Account Engineer
Noel is an account engineer with Envent Corporation. With over 13 years in industrial engineering and environmental remediation services, Noel's experience includes specifying and selling temporary pump, pipe and water filtration systems used in refineries and liquid storage environments. Noel received a B.S. from the University of La Verne. Noel's territory includes the West Coast and he can be reached at nesten@envnet.net.

Troy Anderson | Business Development Manager
Troy Anderson serves as Envent's Business Development Manager for the Gulf Coast and East Coast. Troy has a B.S. in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University and over 18 years experience in the petrochemical business, 8 of which were as a tank cleaning and degassing contractor. Troy is a specialist in methods for tank maintenance and the methods for effective vapor abatement of those projects. Troy enjoys golf, bird hunting and watching his three kids play sports. Craig Hoover | Account Engineer
Craig is Envent's account engineer for our Gulf Coast clients. Craig has been involved with Industrial Environmental Services for over 15 years. His experience includes environmental remediation projects, waster water disposal, and resource recovery. Craig is a CHMM and has a B.A. from the University of Houston. Nanette Mendez | Account Manager
Nanette Mendez is the Northern California Account Manager. Nanette joined Envent in 2006 as a Technician and quickly became an account manager providing customer service to our many Northern California Industrial Customers. Nanette is always responding to our customer needs twenty-four seven. Nanette's only flaw is her love of the Oakland Raiders. Nanette can be reached at nymendez@envent.net.

Jazmin Fields | Director of Administration
Jazmin is our Director of Administration. She manages all personnel of the Administrative Team, including, Jenai, Maria, Sharon, Nancy and Celia. As the saying goes at Envent, "Don't Mess with Jazmin". She can be reached at jazmin@envent.net.

J Robinson | Operations/Shop Manager
J Robinson joined Envent in 2001 and currently manages the Denver CO office and oversees our fabrication shop and projects in the Rocky Mountain area. J is a gung ho Marine and fought in the first Gulf War. J holds certificates in welding and pipe fitting and is a certified electrician. He can be reached at JRobinson@envent.net.

Ben Moran | Signal Hill Shop Manager
Ben holds a Welding Technology Degree which he received from Southeast Community College in 2007. He returned to Envent after 1 1/2 years with West Coast Choppers, fabricating and TIG Welding frames, fenders, gas tanks, and exhausts for high-end motorcycles with Jesse James. Ben manages our shop and maintains our equipment. Ben spent 4 years in the US Army and received an honorable discharge in 1998. Ben can be reached by calling (888) 997-9465.

William (Bill) Lloyd | In-house Attorney
Bill handles legal activities and oversees corporate governance and ensure that Envent is a good place to work for everyone. Bill also provides enforcement of strict conduct standards and addresses enforcement of copyrights, patents, and competitor legal issues. Bill can be reached at blloyd@envent.net.
